Responsible for the expansion of business and partnership with existing food manufacturing clients and development of new clients through technical sales, product improvement and new projects.

R&D Assistant shall support all aspects of R&D and manufacturing operations and ensure trials, workshops and related seminars go smoothly and problem-free. Maintain inventory of supplies, raw materials, buffers, samples and finished product. Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance

Work closely with existing and prospective clients to discuss their needs and match them with the products that will optimize customer satisfaction. 

Participates in sales work to generate and support clients through offering value-adding services, fostering and sustaining strong client relationships, and participating in sales campaigns.

Production Encoder assumes complete ownership of encoding and processing BOM, job orders, labor posting, and all other ERP modules related to manufacturing.
