QUALITY CONTROL OFFICER

DYNAMIC OF THE ROLE (Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the Job)
As a QA/QC Officer, you serve as the critical line of defense in maintaining our brand’s integrity and commitment to quality products. You will apply proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail to oversee rigorous safety protocols, ensuring every product manufactured meets the highest regulatory and quality standards.

He/She implements standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned with good laboratory practices (GLPs) and good manufacturing practices (GMPs). He/She also implements regulatory requirements and guidelines in food safety management and control, such as ISO standards and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system.

He/She possesses excellent analytical skills and sound judgment to establish critical guidelines, parameters and procedures within the laboratory. He/She should work well in a team and possess strong communication skills to interact with and guide others effectively.

PREFFERED (Qualifications)

• Graduate of B.S. Food Technology / Food Science & Technology
• Relevant experience in food manufacturing and quality assurance
• Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training / Certificate
