FLAVORS OF BRAZIL: A CULINARY EXPERIENCE

Marfrig, BRF, and Alternatives Food Corporation (AFC), in collaboration with the Embassy of Brazil, successfully hosted a Flavors of Brazil event at Fogo De Chão, Glorietta 4, on September 3, 2025. The gathering welcomed 96 participants, including business owners, restaurant groups, government representatives, and manufacturing companies.
The event featured a premium product showcase that highlighted authentic Brazilian Churrasco selections such as Picanha (Rump Cover – Halal), Fraldinha (Flap Meat – Halal), Striploin (Halal), and Rib Eye (Cube Roll – Halal) from Bassi, as well as Pork Collar (Sadia) and Chicken Wing Stick (Sadia) under the Churrasco (Brazilian BBQ) category.
It was an opportunity to experience and taste the rich Flavors of Brazil, while strengthening partnerships, reconnecting with clients, and exploring new market opportunities — truly redefining taste and redefining trends in the food industry.
