ART OF SUSHI - A BLUEFIN TUNA CUTTING DEMO

The Art of Sushi: A Bluefin Tuna Cutting Demo, held on May 22, 2025, at The Banquet Hall, Milky Way Café, Makati City, gave guests a closer look at the skill and care behind Japanese culinary tradition. Led by Chefs Toshiro Okajima, Anther Shinatani, and Kunihiro Moroi, the event showed how to properly butcher a whole Bluefin Tuna — from seeing its impressive size to learning about the different cuts and how each one is prepared and served. It was a unique experience that brought everyone closer to the art of sushi-making.
