The Manila Food and Wine Festival 2023 was a gastronomic event that took place from July 20, 2023 at My Country House, Tagaytay. The festival featured a wide variety of food and wine from the Philippines and around the world, as well as cooking demonstrations, wine tastings, and other activities.

The Alternative Booth was one of the highlights of the festival. Festival- goers had a chance to taste alternatives product including rack of lamb, turkey, tomahawk steak and Kurobuta pork belly. The meats were all cooked to perfection and were incredibly flavorful
