Requirements.
- Define scope of new projects, ingredients, product cost and formulation
 - Assist in evaluation of target brand evaluation and monitoring efforts ·
 - Demonstrate leadership qualities with respect to product design capabilities
 - Continuously improve products to remain contemporary in response to target brand changes or customer need
 - Develop, bench test, scale-up, and commercialize new products/technologies
